Awesome! I looked around for a pizza oven and chose this one based on the reviews. I didn't choose a propane oven because I don't like handling a starter. This pizza oven has settings for crust thickness and automatically adjusts the temperature based on the thickness and time. You can easily change the settings as needed. I baked a pizza in just seven minutes. The entire exterior of the pizza oven doesn't get super hot, which is great. We put a fireproof mat under the oven so the table doesn't overheat and burn the ingredients below. Overall, it cools down pretty quickly. Definitely get a 12-inch pizza peel; I got the ceramic-coated one, which is amazing because it makes food slide right off. I also chose square baking paper made specifically for pizza. I put it on the pizza peel, put the dough on top, and then slide the baking paper and pizza into the oven together, which means there's no mess at all. So, neither the baking stone nor the pizza peel gets dirty. It's so easy and fun.
