A perfect addition!
We love the height of this unit, it makes your guests feel comfortable and warm. We get a lot of compliments and it creates a great atmosphere. Good quality, very strong, gives off a lot of heat and is easy to assemble. It\'s working very well. Perfect for cold nights.

an outdoor necessity!
i purchased this because we love to go outside and hang out with our friends, now that it’s getting cold, it gets a little harder and we’ll usually light a bonfire but then we wake up sick and with a headache the next day from all the smoke. this takes away that issue! the assembly was SOOOO easy, it only took about 30 minutes to put together. the instructions are super straight forward. you do have to purchase your own gas can, but that’s easy to find anywhere. we can not wait to use it more!

Q:
I used an adapter hose to hook to a 15lb propane tank but the flame won’t adjust as high as when I’m using one of the small propane canisters. So the heater doesn’t put out much heat. Can you tell me if there is something specific that I need to use with the longer hose to make it work correctly?
A:
Please replace the hose with a high-pressure, non-regulated propane hose for proper performance. This heater has a built-in regulator. When using a 15 lb propane tank, you must use a high-pressure hose WITHOUT a regulator. If a regulated hose is used, the gas pressure is reduced twice, resulting in a low flame and insufficient heat.Hose length is not the issue.

Q:
Costway representative…that was a rude answer. This person may not have spelled a word correctly when writing their question, but I knew EXACTLY what they meant. So let me rephrase the question… WHAT SIZE PROPANE CYLINDER SHOULD WE PURCHASE FOR THIS ITEM.
Q:
I have two of these heaters and the older one doesn't have much of a blue flame and does not radiate heat as the newer one does. Can I purchase a replacement for the burner assembly?

Q:

A:
Yes, you can use it with a 20lb propane canister, you need to match a rotary joint.

Still Confused?
Q:
okay i have a connection to 20lb tank but gas not flowing and it is the connection to the table top unit not the tank connector. what hose specifically do i ask for and how do i get it? thanks
Q:
The flame will come on but it turns off after a few minutes. It will not stay lit.
A:
Could you please check if the gas pipe is connected well? When ignition, please try to firstly press and hold the knob to rotate 90 degrees, then keep pressing the ignition button, do not let go immediately after lighting, waiting for 10-20 seconds. And then let go to adjust the flame after the flame is stable..
