I got a costway portable air cooler july 23/2024 unfortunately it did not work. It showed a error code first time we plugged it in. We e-mailed costway with the issue with a short video. The next day we got a e-mail stating costway was going to ship a replacement. We got it within 5 days. Just got it hooked up and yay!! Works great! Thank you Costway, I\'m very happy.
