100' Garden Retractable Wall Mounted Ground Water Hose Reel

Bought for our garden and I liked it a lot. Had a slight malfunction and shipped back but got a replacement really fast. Price Wawa for the quality. Highly satisfied and recommended for all Gardens or outdoor use.

Happy overall

Lasted a Summer so far, but pulling it out did get more difficult later in the year. However, retracting still works like new, and it got near daily use for watering a lot of plants. Very narrow vs. others, which is why I got it. Overall happy with the purchase.

Makes watering plants easy!

Got one of this as a gift and boy it changed the game for me. Hanging it was difficult (not the products fault. It’s just your mounting this heavy box on a brick wall). Used a year perfectly then my dog chewed it. I couldn’t live without it so I had to order another. Pros: aesthetically pleasing, light weight, durable, reliable, EASY. Cons: you have to replace the entire unit if something happens to your hose. If you don’t have a demon dog, this hose should last you a LONG time! I will always use this hose! Recruit a friend to help you mount it though

Exactly what I was looking for. Mounted easily and does a nice job around the yard. Just am questioning how long it will last. Doesn't appear to be the best of quality but will post another update later.

Purchased this item back in March, and it's been awesome from day one. Really smooth and constant retraction, and was easy enough to mount on a 6X4 timber. I'm buying another one for the opposite side of my house to replace my manual reel hose.

So far thisnproduct warrants a 5 star rating. Well built and easy to use. The water pressure is decent considering it’s a 100ft hose. The return mechanism works well with no issues. Although only used twice so far, it seems to hold up just fine.

Excellent product for the money with only one slight drawback

This is a VERY innovative retractable hose reel. The mounting options are excellent. I love the swivel ground mount that I am using right now before I more permanently mount it. The hardware that comes with it is great! The hose, itself, is a little too easy for me to accidentally crimp-shut to give it five out of five stars, but in fairness it is 100' of narrow hose in a self-retracting reel that does everything else really, really well. It will "catch" pretty easily (when you want it to stop retracting) and it will start retracting easily when you want it to and it doesn't jerk the hose out of your hand when retracting. In all respects perfect *except* the hose will "kink" a little too easily.

Sprayer head leaks

I like it BUT the sprayer leaked immediately. I had to switch it out which is why I a only giving it 4 stars.

So far, I am very pleased. Item arrived on time. Instructions on anchoring to ground need some clarity, but it is working and does swivel. Wall mounting was not an option for me. I needed more then 100 feet. I was able to place it farther away from hose outlet and got the distance I needed. So nice not to have to reel in 100 feet of hose after each use. I had an auto rewind device that used water pressure. It was more expensive and stopped working after a few seasons. I don't know how long this will last. The hose is thinner than standard hoses. The spring rewind is fast and doesn't waste water. I carry the sprayer back to the base when I'm done. After turning off the water, I just give the hose a bit of a yank to start the rewind.

Best hose reel I've ever purchased...so I bought two.

I was and am so impressed with the 100' Goplus Retractable Garden Hose Reel that I bought a second for the backyard. Haven't had them long enough to comment on their durability, but right now they are working perfectly. Wish I had the money back that I spent on other reel systems that were much more cumbersome to use.
