Nice Awning, good quality and easy installation
I took me a few hours to secure a sturdy mounting spot, and the rest is fairly straight forward. It does take two person to roll the awning at one point. Found one small missing plastic J stopper, and customer service took care of it promptly. I high recommend the product and the company.

I need an awning which can be installed on a wood frame wall. This says suitable for a reinforced masonry or brick wall. Are you aware of an retractable awning which can be installed on a wood frame wall? Do you know if any of your customers have installed one of these awnings on a wood frame wall? If so, what adjustments did they make and has the installation held up?

Installing it on a wood frame is not recommended, as wood can easily become damp and crack after absorbing water.

The customer was confused because Amazon advertised the item is water proof. However, when he received the product it says on the box it isn\'t. He was concerned about it , does he need to take it off every time it will rain? Does the fabric shouldn\'t be wet? And also, the instruction talks about cement house structure and his home is made of wood, can he possibly attach the awning into it?

The tent is waterproof, but not in standing water. Because the water will collapse the tent during the heavy rain, it is suggested to put the tent away. Please refer to the Angle adjustment device in the attached picture. Plus, this tent is fit for concrete wall.
