  • I bought two! They were a huge help, as they replaced one of my old ones!

    I bought two tents, and the lift mechanism on one of them broke. The company contacted me to inquire about replacing the part, but ultimately sent me a completely new tent. The need for additional repairs is always worrying, but the company stayed in touch and eventually resolved the issue. The other tent was perfect, and I'm sure the replacement will also be of top quality.

    We absolutely love this tent! It's so easy to set up and take down, with only two main parts—the frame and the tent fabric. I especially love the packing bag; the wheels are attached to the bag, not the tent poles. (I also have a tent from another company, and that one was much more complicated.)
