      The locking tongue is too short.
      A:
      There are two kinds of lock tongue, one is longer, the other is shorter. You can match it locally.  After entering the password, it's hard to open it. It's too tight. There may be too much oil on the suction piece, so that the suction piece does not suck in place. The oil needs to be wiped off by unlocking the lock and then reassembled..
