It works well, down well bellow freezing temperatures. It's quiet! Elegant! The most important thing is: customer service is excellent. I had some issues with my unit and the response was very professional. I wish all the businesses would have such a great customer service. From the short hold times to resolution to your problem. Best mini split value
I've only had this installed for about a month, but so far, everything is going great. I had no problems with the install (you will need a vacuum pump), and it runs incredibly quiet (I literally had to walk up to it and bend over to make sure it was running). On heat (installed in winter), the air is much warmer than I expected for heat pump (much warmer than my central air heat pump).
