Costway representative - Q:The running belt has shifted to the left and needs to be adjustedA:Start at about 2mph, tighten the screws on the tail where the running belt is. Don’t tighten it at once, only half a turn at a time Observe the movement of the running belt while twisting it When the running belt is in the middle, tighten the screws on the other side Don’t tighten it at once either , only half a turn at a time， Half a circle to one circle is enough Just wait until the running belt no longer shifts in the middle Then wait for the treadmill to run without load for a while before using it .
Costway representative - Q:The treadmill is not working, only the on/off light at the bottom is onA:1, First open the motor cover, see from the bottom of the handrail out of the wire connected to the lower control on the plug is inserted well 2, Check the connection plug at the handrail, open the screws on the right handrail, turn up the electronic table. There will be a plug exposed, check it or plug it again. 3. Open the electronic table under the cover, see from the handrail side out of the wire edge to the plug on the control is not inserted. If the plug is all right and it is not displayed, replace the down control.
Costway representative - Q:the belt is going to one side not staying in the middleA:Please follow our steps to adjust it: 1.please turn on the machine and keep speed at 2mph; 2.turn the left screw clockwise, please only turn it half round at one time, and you will see the belt move; 3.please stop turning this screw after the belt move to the middle; 4.turn the right screw like this again, and stop turning it after belt move to middle. 5.after all steps, please keep the treadmill running for a while without a person standing on it .
Costway representative - Q:It's not even a year yet ,the machine stops after 15 minutes ,on screen show E 08.A:Does the treadmill have more than 220LBS load-bearing capacity? If the user does not exceed the maximum load-bearing requirement of the treadmill, Please unplug the power supply and reconnect it to boot. If E08 is always displayed, we can replace the lower control for you .
